Having struggled to find a good massage locally, I was delighted to be able to secure an appointment with Sarah at Equilibrium Massage. Sarah did a thorough analysis of my medical history before starting any work. At my first appointment, my back and shoulders were in pretty poor state, but after an hour, Sarah had successfully relieved a lot of my aches and pains. Still some way to go, but I would highly recommend Sarah's work.Sarah was amazing. I struggled to walk into the consulting room, however, I walked out feeling an enormous amount of relief in my lower back area after Sarah performed a deep massage. Thank you so much.
Have had a few consultations now with Sarah ,finding the level of treatment excellent, friendly , professional and really feeling a benefit in shifting a previous bad back injury (herniated disc(s) ). Will be definitely be using Sarah as my primary treatment and pain management for my back . Would recommend to anyone without hesitation : A+++++

Excellent. Very friendly and explained everything to me about the massage that I was having due to a muscular problem in my side. Feeling loads better thanks to Sarah.
Best massage I have ever had.... Sarah's knowledge is vast and has given me many pointers on how to improve going forward. 100% using Equilibrium from now on.. VERY reasonable prices too.
